Ordered at: 17:55 Collection time given: 18:55 Order finally ready: 19:15 This is woeful. The only acceptable reason for taking a whole hour to prepare our food would be that you are queuing orders to ensure you have them ready when promised. But you didn’t, not even close.

Order was late even though we ordered on line well in advance. Order was also not complete. One meal was incorrect and plain nan was missing from parcel. Not a perfect job but the food we did get was very tasty.
